For accountants and financial planners

Your client files, turned into one clean client database.

A device sits in your office for a few weeks. It reads your OneDrive and email, read-only, and builds a linked database of your clients: households, companies and trusts, income and loans. You keep the result. The AI runs on the device, and the device is erased at the end.

Example dashboard · made-up firm

What your firm gets

Years of returns, statements and emails, sorted and linked, with no data entry by your team.

A client database to keep

Every client, household, company and trust in one workbook, linked together, with each figure traced to the document it came from.

Almost none of your time

One Microsoft sign-in, a review of what's included, and a few questions where the documents don't settle it. The device does the reading.

Private by design

Read-only access, an encrypted device, AI that runs in your office rather than online, and an erase at the end with a signed record.

Loan reviews for your clients

We spot clients whose home or investment loan may be worth a review. Every introduction goes through you, and your referral arrangement is agreed with us privately.

How it works

Eight steps over a few weeks. The amber ones need you; the device does everything else by itself, and you can follow it on your dashboard.

  1. 1You

    Discover

You sign in once with Microsoft, read-only. The device lists your folders and email and reads a small sample to show what your files hold.

  2. 2You

    Approve

You see what was found and untick any folder or sender to leave out. Nothing else is copied until you press Approve.

  3. 3The device

    Download

The included files and emails are copied onto the device's encrypted drive. Your OneDrive and email are never changed.

  4. 4The device

    Read and sort

Every file is read, scans and photos included, and sorted by type: payslip, bank statement, tax return and so on.

  5. 5The device

    Extract

The key figures are taken from each document. Every figure quotes the line it came from, so nothing is invented.

  6. 6You

    Build households

People, families, companies and trusts are linked. Where the documents don't prove it, you're asked, with the device's best guess ticked.

  7. 7The device

    Workbook

Your client database is built, and you can search it and click through it on the dashboard.

  8. 8You

    Hand over

You keep the workbook. The device is erased in front of you, with a signed record.

The example dashboard opens on its own How it works page, with every step in more detail.

Your clients' data stays in your office

You hold your clients' trust. Here's what the device can and can't do, and exactly what leaves your office.

  • Read-only. Microsoft enforces it: the device can't edit, delete, move or send anything.
  • No online AI. The AI runs on the device. Nothing goes to ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or any other online AI.
  • Encrypted. If the device were stolen, its drives are unreadable without the password.
  • A private dashboard. Reached only over a private, encrypted connection, by the people you allow.
  • Erased at the end. You keep the workbook; the device is erased in front of you, with a signed record.

What leaves your office

  • Progress and support details, without client information
  • A counts-only summary of what your documents hold
  • At handover, a de-identified copy of the database for Mortgage Collective: names, emails, ABNs and street addresses removed, suburb and postcode kept
  • A list of shop and business names with a spending category, with no client names, amounts, dates or accounts

The de-identified copy lets us spot clients who could benefit from a loan review. Any introduction to a client goes through you.

See it before it's in your office

Click through the dashboard your firm would use: how it works, the progress of a run, the questions it asks, the client database and the loan summary. The firm and clients are made up.

Working with us

  1. A short call: your firm, your files and your questions about privacy.
  2. We agree the arrangement, including any referral terms, in writing.
  3. The device arrives and is set up on your office network. Your dashboard goes live.
  4. A few weeks later you have your client database, and the device is erased.
